Function before effect
First, we solve the layout, ergonomics and everyday use. Aesthetics is supposed to strengthen the function, not replace it.

About us

At dozamieszkania.pl, we do not create mass, repetitive projects. We design and finish spaces for people who value their time and expect high quality. We combine modern design with functionality, and we take care of the whole process: from the choice of location, through supervision of the teams, to the final preparation of the interior.

02 · Our story
It started with a simple question: why does finishing an apartment have to be stressful?
It all started with the observation that the real estate market is full of compromises, and the process of finishing the apartment for most people means stress, many teams and difficult to predict costs.
We decided to create a brand that combines technical precision with aesthetics and takes responsibility for the whole process. Today, we prepare interiors ready to be inhabited, from design decisions to the last detail.
03 · Our philosophy
A standard you can stick to
We design for real life. Each element should be aesthetic, functional and cost-effective at the same time.
Quality by design
Materials, contractors and solutions are selected on the basis of experience. Every decision must defend itself even after years of use.
One point of responsibility
We coordinate design, delivery, budget and execution. The customer knows the scope, stage of work and the person responsible for the entire process.
04 · Responsibility
There is a specific responsibility behind each project.
