What data and for what purpose we process
We can receive your name, e-mail address, telephone number and message content via the form. We use the data to respond to a request, submit an offer, take action before the conclusion of the contract and, if cooperation occurs, execute the contract and investigate or defend any claims.
Providing data is voluntary, but without the contact information we will not be able to respond to the message. We do not make automated decisions to users that have legal effects.
Legal basis and storage period
Depending on the case, the processing is based on taking action at the request of the person before the conclusion of the contract, performance of the contract, legal obligation or legitimate interest of the controller in conducting correspondence, protecting against claims and ensuring the security of the service.
